Why lines standardise on the XZS
3-D elliptical motion
Dual-end eccentric weights produce adjustable vertical, horizontal and torsional vibration — material spreads, stratifies and passes in seconds.
Tool-free screen change
Quick-clamp ring tensions the mesh uniformly in under 10 minutes, with no dead zones where powder can hide between grades.
Fully sealed, dust-free
Silicone-gasketed body with optional dust collar keeps fine powder in the machine and your workshop air clean.
Food & pharma ready
SUS304 / 316L product-contact surfaces, mirror-polished to Ra ≤ 0.6 μm, GMP documentation package available.
Ultrasonic upgrade
Optional 33 kHz transducer system keeps 300–500 mesh meshes clear of blinding when screening sticky or electrostatic powders.
Silent spring isolation
Rubber-composite springs isolate 90% of vibration from the floor — no anchor bolts, no structural resonance.
Inside the XZS — interactive model
Rotate the model, explode it along the assembly axis, and open any part group for its role. Reduced-motion settings get the same interactive model with auto-animation off; touch devices start from the static view and load it on request.

Typical values — reference condition, free-flowing material; derate for sticky, dense or fine products.
Options — contact-part materials, ATEX-option builds, ultrasonic and inlet configurations are quoted per application.
Test condition — capacities are nameplate chart values; the number for your material comes from a sample test.
