A machine factory that runs on test data.

VortiSep started as a mesh-tensioning workshop serving Xinxiang's screening machine builders and grew into complete machines. The mesh workshop and the test lab stayed at the centre — that is where a screening promise is either proven or broken.

How a machine is born

Six gates between steel and shipment

Every order passes the same six gates — the ones your audit team is welcome to walk in person or by scheduled video call.

01

Application review

Material, target cut and capacity on file before anything is quoted — no test, no promise.

02

Engineering review

Motion model, deck count, mesh stack and motor sizing signed off by the engineer who owns the file.

03

Material traceability

Plates and cloth booked against mill certificates; serials logged before the first cut.

04

Build & tension

Welding, polishing and mesh tensioning in-house; surface-finish readings recorded per weld.

05

No-load test run

Every machine runs before packing — vibration behaviour checked and logged.

06

Documented packing

Photo-documented, film + foam + fumigation-free crate; loading plan before the truck arrives.

Service & support

What happens after the crate opens

Spares, commissioning support and documentation follow the machine for its whole life on your line.

Commissioning

Wiring diagram, installation notes and a no-load checklist ship with every machine; video support for first start-up.

Spares on the shelf

Meshes, clamp rings, springs and seals as serial-logged part numbers — reorder by number, not photograph.

Wear consulting

Mesh life reports from your own usage data when you send in a worn cloth; the failure pattern names the fix.

Documentation

Mill certificates, finish readings and test-run records archived per serial for as long as the machine runs.

Come see your machine run — or we will show you live.

Factory visits and scheduled video walkthroughs of the floor and the lab.
