Results, with their conditions attached.

Each case states what ran before, what was installed, and the numbers under the conditions they were measured.

Food & BeverageBrazil· ZPS Straight-Through Screen

Pre-packing scalping at 5.2 t/h — zero filler stoppages in 14 months

The problem
The mill packed 25 kg bags at 5 t/h, but occasional wheat-fragment and bag-nip oversize jammed the filler head, stopping the line 2–3 times a week for manual clearing and metal-detector re-validation.
Original process
Screw conveyor fed the filler surge hopper directly — no guard screen between reception silo and packing.
Goal
Remove tramp oversize before the filler without reducing the 5 t/h packing rate.
The solution
Two ZPS-1000 straight-through screens with 30-mesh SUS316 mesh were flanged between the final screw conveyor and the filler surge hopper. Oversize ejects continuously to a reject tote; the filler never sees tramp material.
Machine configuration
  • 2 × ZPS-1000
  • 30 mesh SUS316 cloth
  • Inline flange-to-flange mounting
  • Continuous oversize reject chute
“The filler has not jammed once since the two machines went in. Our weekly cleaning shutdown became a monthly one.”

325-mesh zinc powder cut held at 800 kg/h with ultrasonic deblinding

The problem
Air-classified zinc powder needed a −325 mesh guard cut before packing, but the dense, sticky powder blinded every centrifugal sieve within 40 minutes. Operators were brushing meshes hourly; yield drifted and screens tore from the abuse.
Original process
Centrifugal sifter before packing — 40-minute blinding cycles, hourly manual brush-cleaning, frequent mesh tears.
Goal
Hold a continuous −325 mesh guard cut at ≥ 800 kg/h with shift-length mesh intervals.
The solution
An XZS-1200 with the 33 kHz ultrasonic system and anti-static mesh kit holds a continuous −325 mesh cut. Reinforced decks carry the 3.1 g/cm³ loading; oversize recycles to classification.
Machine configuration
  • 1 × XZS-1200, 1 deck
  • 33 kHz ultrasonic deblinding
  • Anti-static mesh kit
  • ATEX-option build
“We were sceptical ultrasonic would survive zinc dust. Fourteen months in, the same mesh is still cutting −325.”

Chemicals & CoatingsThailand· 450-Type Liquid Vibrating Filter

Glaze line switched from bags: 12 m³/h clarified, zero consumable spend

The problem
Glaze slip fed to the spray line through 60-mesh bag housings. Bags loaded every 90 minutes, each swap risking drips, inconsistencies and 20 minutes of lost flow; annual bag spend exceeded the price of a machine.
Original process
Two 60-mesh bag filter housings in series — 90-minute bag change cycles, 20 min lost flow per swap.
Goal
Clarify glaze continuously at line rate and eliminate bag consumables.
The solution
Two 450-2 liquid filters with 80-mesh SUS316 cloth and bouncing-ball anti-blinding run in parallel ahead of the spray booths. Oversize glaze crumbs walk to the side outlet continuously.
Machine configuration
  • 2 × 450-2 in parallel
  • 80 mesh SUS316 cloth
  • Bouncing-ball anti-blinding
  • SUS316L wetted parts
“The bag budget alone paid for both filters in the first season, and colour changeover is now a rinse, not a rebuild.”

Cases on this demonstration site use generated imagery and example data. A commercial deployment replaces them with authorized customer material — same structure, real numbers, real names.
